Chicken Paprika
Chicken Paprika is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 2 hours 14 minutes. Made with cut up fryer, onions, chopped, . paprika (approximately), water (enough to cover chicken) and potatoes (or amount that you want), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onions and chicken in hot oil.
Add paprika.
Add water to cover chicken.
Add potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
When done, take chicken out.
Take meat off bones and put meat back into the pan with broth.
Cook wide noodles.
Add broth.
Serve with sour cream and vinegar.
(You may add a small amount of sour cream and vinegar to the pot, if you like.)
