Chicken Pamela
Chicken Pamela is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, 1/2 green pepper, cut into tiny pieces, 1/2 red pepper, cut into tiny pieces, 1/2 onion, cut into tiny pieces and 1 tomato, cut into small pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Wash and place chicken flat in a baking dish (pre-sprayed with Pam cooking spray).
Layer the chicken with the pre-cut green pepper, red pepper, onion and tomato. Bake at 400Β° for 40 minutes. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese on top and bake until cheese melts.
