Chicken Palow
Chicken Palow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with chickens (skinless), per 3 c. cooked rice, garam masala to taste, 1 3/4 onions and 4 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pressure cook for 5 minutes.
Take out chicken; drain spices and keep liquid.
Brown 1/4 onion in oil.
Add liquid; bring to boil.
(Double liquid for how many cups of rice you use).
Add chicken and rice; boil together 5 minutes, then reduce heat and cover 15 minutes.
