Chicken Ole
Chicken Ole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 corn tortillas, cut into 1/4-inch pieces, 4 c. cooked chicken, shredded, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Lightly grease bottom and sides of crock-pot.
In large bowl, mix together soups, sour cream, diced chilies and onion.
Arrange alternate layers of tortillas with chicken and mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
Sprinkle with cheese and cook on low another 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve.
