Chicken Ole
Chicken Ole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained and 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add tomato sauce, corn, chilies, chili powder and onion powder.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
To serve, spoon over tortilla chips and top with cheese.
