Chicken Ole
Chicken Ole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. chicken, 1 can chicken broth, 1 tomato, chopped, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 18 to 24 tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Cut tortillas into little squares.
Put on bottom of baking dish.
In a bowl, mix chicken, soup, broth, onion, tomato, water, salt and pepper.
Pour on top of cut tortillas and lay chilies on top of mixture.
Bake 35 minutes in the oven; take it out and top with cheese.
Return to oven for 15 minutes more.
