Chicken Normandy
Chicken Normandy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. seasoned bread stuffing, 1 stick melted margarine, 1 c. water, 2 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix stuffing, margarine and water lightly.
Put half in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix chicken, onions, mayonnaise and salt.
Put in the pan over bread mixture.
Top with remaining bread mixture.
Beat 2 eggs slightly and add 1 1/2 cups milk. Pour evenly over bread mixture.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Take out 1 hour before baking.
Spread 1 can mushroom soup over top.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
Return to oven for 10 minutes.
