Chicken Monterey
Chicken Monterey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts (or more), monterey jack cheese, sliced, bulls eye barbecue sauce, fresh green onions, chopped and sliced mushrooms (canned), warmed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
