Chicken Minnetonka
Chicken Minnetonka is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned, 1/4 c. butter, 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed, 2 tsp. chopped chives and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
In skillet, saute chicken breasts in butter with seasonings until almost done.
Separate dough into 8 triangles.
Place 4 triangles on large cookie sheet.
Put one piece of chicken on each triangle.
Put other triangles on top of chicken and seal edges.
Bake about 25 minutes until golden brown.
