Chicken Milano
Chicken Milano is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. orzo pasta, 2 whole deboned chicken breasts, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 medium onion, sliced and 1 garlic clove, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Prepare orzo.
Cut breast meat into chunks.
In 10-inch skillet, cook over medium heat in hot butter the onion and garlic until tender.
Add chicken and cook until lightly brown on all sides.
Stir in tomato soup (undiluted) and remaining ingredients. Over high heat, cook until boiling, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve over orzo.
