Chicken Mandarin
Chicken Mandarin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 dark meat chicken parts or any other chicken parts, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. orange marmalade, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 clove crushed garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Place chicken in large shallow pan.
Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours turning occasionally to coat chicken.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Boil marinade for a minute or so.
Cover chicken with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 60-90 minutes.
Baste occasionally with marinade.
