Chicken Louise
Chicken Louise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with chopped celery, broccoli tops or steamed asparagus (choose 1), 1 1/2 c. flour, salt to taste, pepper to taste and 3 tbsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Line a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with 1/2-inch of one vegetable (celery, broccoli or asparagus).
Cut chicken in strips. Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
Roll chicken in flour mixture, then brown chicken in butter.
Lay chicken on top of vegetable.
Mix cheese, soup and half and half and pour over chicken.
Top with slivered almonds and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
