Chicken Lasagna
Chicken Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breast, 1 onion, 1 jar alfredo sauce, 1 large can mushrooms (or fresh if you prefer) and 1 16 oz. ricotta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dice up and cook chicken; add onions and cook till tender.
Add mushrooms and alfredo sauce.
Put to the side.
Mix together the cottage cheese and ricotta cheese, set aside.
In a 9x11 pan, layer lasagna noodles, chicken mixture and ricotta/cottage cheese mix till all is used.
Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375 for approximate 1 hour, longer if necessary.
