Chicken Lasagna
Chicken Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. wide noodles, 1 tbsp. salad oil, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 3 tbsp. oil or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook noodles in salted water as instructed on the package. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Pour one tablespoon salad oil over noodles and toss to coat with oil to prevent sticking together.
Saute onions and peppers in 3 tablespoons oil or margarine.
Add diced, cooked chicken, soup, milk and diced pimento.
Cook over medium heat until blended and smooth.
