Chicken Lasagna
Chicken Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. cooked and drained lasagna noodles, 1/4 lb. sliced mozzarella cheese, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 2 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken and 1/2 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter.
Blend in flour, salt and basil; stir in chicken broth and cook until thick and comes to a boil.
Add chicken.
Mix cottage cheese with egg.
Place 1/3 of chicken mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of cottage cheese, 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with chicken. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
