Chicken Lasagna
Chicken Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 chicken breasts, 2 cubes chicken broth, 1/2 c. onions, chopped, 1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese and 8 oz. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Boil chicken in water seasoned with broth cubes.
Cool chicken, then skin and debone (save broth).
Heat mushroom soup with enough broth to make sauce thin enough to pour.
Add onions and vegetables and bring to boil.
Remove from heat and add sour cream.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Layer noodles, sauce and cheeses in casserole dish.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
