Chicken Lasagna
Chicken Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 tsp. basil, 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, 1/2 c. chopped onions and 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Saute for 5 minutes margarine, basil, mushrooms, onions and green pepper.
Add to vegetables chicken soup, milk and pimento. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer 4 noodles, 1/2 of sauce, 1/2 of cottage cheese, 1/2 of chicken and 1/2 of each of cheeses. Repeat.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Freezes well.
