Chicken Landoff
Chicken Landoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 whole chicken breasts, 6 slices swiss cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. wine or ginger ale and 1 stick butter or oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place boned and skinned chicken (6) whole breasts in bottom of baking dish.
Cover each breast with slice of Swiss cheese.
Mix one can of cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup of wine or ginger ale.
Pour over chicken.
Mix one stick of butter with the stuffing mix.
Sprinkle over top; cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 2 hours.
