Chicken Kiev
Chicken Kiev is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, cut lengthwise, boned and skinned, 1/4 c. butter or margarine in a stick, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, onion salt and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Pound chicken until 1/4-inch thick.
Cut butter lengthwise into 4 sections.
Place one piece of butter at narrow end of chicken breast.
Sprinkle with parsley and onion salt.
Roll up in jelly-roll fashion, starting at butter end.
Dip in beaten egg. Then dip in bread crumbs.
Refrigerate 1/2 to 1 hour.
Place in baking dish.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
