Chicken Kiev is an moderately easy dinner. Made with boned chicken breasts, melted butter, 10 oz. pkg. monterey jack or low-fat mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Chicken breasts (any number desired).

Mix butter (start with small amount and melt more as needed) with small amount of oregano; breasts. Put of cheese in center; roll up, dip in butter and roll in bread crumbs (mixed with Parmesan cheese, just guess at amount).

Place in greased casserole and refrigerate until ready to bake.

Bake in a preheated

350Β° oven minutes or until done.

This is my favorite company recipe as can be prepared well in advance.
