Chicken Kiev
Chicken Kiev is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 48 minutes. Made with small jar dried beef, . boneless chicken breasts, cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup and small carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Place dried beef in bottom of lightly greased casserole dish. Place chicken on top of beef.
Lightly sprinkle salt, pepper, celery seed and rosemary on the chicken.
Cover with another layer of dried beef.
Mix soup and sour cream together; pour on top of chicken and beef.
Bake in oven for 2 hours at 325° or for 1 hour at 400°.
