Chicken Keiv
Chicken Keiv is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. butter, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. romano cheese, 1 tsp. basil and oregano and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
In a saucepan melt butter.
Combine crumbs, cheese and spices.
Dip chicken in melted butter and roll in crumbs.
Place skin side up in a baking dish.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Add wine, green onions and parsley to remaining butter (about 1/2 cup).
When chicken is golden, pour butter sauce mixture over chicken and return to oven for 5 minutes.
