Chicken Jerusalem
Chicken Jerusalem is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breast, 1 lb. mushrooms, quartered, 6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, place chicken.
Top with mushrooms and artichoke hearts.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine garlic, oregano, pepper and tomatoes.
Pour over chicken.
Bake for 50 minutes, adding sherry for last 10 minutes of cooking time.
Serves 6.
