Chicken In The Garden is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chicken, cooked and diced, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Combine chicken, vegetables, water chestnuts, soup and milk; mix well.
Add 1 cup onion rings. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, for 45 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining onion rings.
Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
