Chicken in Cream
Chicken In Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 3 small pkg. spinach, 1 c. mayonnaise and 4 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook chicken with a cube of bouillon.
Let come to a boil. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Prepare spinach; drain and spread on the bottom of an 8 x 11-inch dish.
Place chicken evenly.
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, cheese and cream of chicken soup.
Spread over chicken evenly. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
