Chicken Hawaiian
Chicken Hawaiian is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 13 oz. can pineapple tidbits, 1 large green pepper, cut into strips, 1 to 2 cans campbell's cream of chicken soup, 2 c. cooked and cubed chicken and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Drain pineapple, reserving the liquid.
In a saucepan, saute the green pepper and garlic in oil until tender.
Blend in the soup and 1/3 to 1/2 cup pineapple juice.
Add the chicken, pineapple tidbits and soy sauce.
Heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
Top with almonds.
