Chicken Gamunda
Chicken Gamunda is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 oz. butter, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 2 tsp. lemon juice, cooking sherry to taste and 2 large whole or amount desired chicken breasts, deboned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Melt butter in pan.
Add mushrooms, lemon juice and cooking sherry.
Beat eggs and oil together.
Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Drop deboned chicken into flour and cover.
Dip chicken into egg/oil mixture.
Then dip chicken in bread crumbs/Parmesan cheese mixture.
Brown chicken in butter/mushroom mixture at 350Β° or until golden brown.
Top with mushrooms to serve.
