Chicken Fried Rice
Chicken Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 tbsp. sesame oil, 3 green onions, chopped and 1 1/3 c. cooked vegetables (peas, carrots, corn), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a bowl, beat together the egg whites and whole egg; let sit.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add vegetables and saute for 20 to 30 seconds.
Add the eggs, saute for an additional 30 seconds. Add rice, chicken and soy sauce. Stir until well mixed.
