Chicken Fried Rice
Chicken Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 c. chicken, cut up, 1 medium onion, diced, 1 can chestnuts, 1 can bamboo shoots and 1/2 c. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook rice and mix in soy sauce together.
Cook chicken, onions and celery until done.
Mix in bean sprouts, chestnuts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and cooked rice.
Simmer until done, 30 or 35 minutes at 350Β°.
