Made with 2 c. diced, cooked chicken, 2 c. diagonally sliced green onions, 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 3 tbsp. salad oil and 3 c. cooked medium white rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large, heavy skillet or wok, cook chicken, onions and mushrooms in oil over high heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes, or until mushrooms are golden.
Add remaining ingredients and cook 3 minutes longer, until heated through and well blended. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
