Chicken Fried Rice
Chicken Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. boneless chicken breasts, 3 bunches green onions, 6 eggs, 2 c. cooked rice and soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dice chicken breasts; season with seasoned salt, pepper
Mrs. Dash.
Cook slowly in slightly greased frying pan; do not brown meat.
Simmer until done; may substitute chicken with shrimp or beef.
Set aside. Chop and cook green onions in slightly greased pan (drain any excess oil); set aside. Scramble with about 1 tablespoon of cooked green onions; set aside.
Begin frying cooked rice (do not boil rice too long) in butter.
