Chicken Francesa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken fillets, 1 c. milk, 1 c. breadcrumbs, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soak chicken in milk 10 minutes.

Mix breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley.

Dredge each piece of chicken in the breadcrumb mixture. Pour oil into skillet and braise chicken quickly on each side until lightly browned.

Do not overcook.

Put chicken in a lightly buttered baking dish.

Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Place 1 slice of lemon on top of each chicken piece.

Remove all but 1 tablespoon of oil from skillet, leaving residue from chicken.

Add wine and boil until liquid is reduced by 1/2.

Add lemon juice and chicken broth.

Boil until liquid is reduced by 1/2 and pour over chicken.

Bake at 350Β° until liquid bubbles, about 20 to 25 minutes.
