Chicken Fingers
Chicken Fingers is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips, 1 1/2 c. pepperidge farm dressing mix, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1/2 c. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 350°.
Mix together dressing mix, cheese, parsley and garlic powder.
Dip chicken in melted butter, coating well. Then roll chicken in dressing mixture, packing heavily.
Place chicken in roasting pan lined with foil, taking care to not overlap chicken.
Drizzle any remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Serve with honey mustard.
