Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy Mexican dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with medium onion, chopped, to 3 tbsp. margarine, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown onion in butter.
Combine with soups, broth and chilies. Add pieces of chicken and mix well.
In large baking dish, place a layer of tortillas, chicken and cheese.
Repeat layers until casserole is filled, ending with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. (Better if sets a couple of hours before baking, can also be frozen.)
