Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can green chilies, chopped and 1/2 medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil chicken broth; up the chicken.
Soups, chilies and onion in a large pan.
Pour in some of the broth, but don't make it too thin.
Add chicken to this mixture and heat through.
Dip tortillas in hot grease and line bottom casserole dish, then put a layer of the mixture.
Repeat is used.
Bake at 325Β° until hot and bubbly.
