Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boiled chicken breasts, 1/2 onion, chopped, 1 regular size can ro-tel tomatoes, 2/3 large pkg. velveeta cheese and 2/3 carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute onion in butter.
Add chicken, Ro-Tel and Velveeta.
Dip tortillas in pan of melted butter and spoon on mixture.
Roll tortilla.
Place tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
If any mixture is left, pour on top of tortillas.
Add sour cream on top; bake for about 15 minutes at 350Β°.
