Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, boil and peel, 1 can green chilies, 1 pkg. jalapeño cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Using half can of both soups, mix with chicken, green chilies, half of the cheese and sour cream. Roll into flour tortillas.
Mix rest of soup with 1/2 cup milk. Pour over enchiladas.
Sprinkle rest of cheese over. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
