Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 corn tortillas, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 can chopped green chilies, 2 bunches green onions, chopped and 3 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In vegetable oil, warm each corn tortilla so they are soft and leave aside.
Mix all other ingredients with 1/2 of the grated cheese.
Spoon into shells and fold, then place in cake pan with folded side down.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and heat in oven at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Fills 2 cake pans or 1 large pan.
