Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, boiled and boned, 12 corn tortillas, 1 onion, chopped, 1/2 stick oleo and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute onion in oleo, then add soups and chili peppers.
Heat through.
In bottom of casserole, break up 6 tortillas, then add half the chicken, half the soups and about 1/3 of cheese.
Repeat layers, except cheese.
Pour broth over all.
Bake in a 325Β° oven for 25 minutes.
Add rest of cheese; put back in oven 5 more minutes, or until cheese melts.
