Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. monterey jack cheese, 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, 5 c. chicken, cut in small bits, 1 small can green chilies and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all together except chicken and a little cheese.
Pour half of mixture over meat and fill 8 flour tortillas.
After filling tortillas, lay in glass baking dish and pour remaining soup mixture over top.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
These may be frozen.
