Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, 1 can mushroom soup, 2 doz. corn tortillas, 2 tbsp. flour and 2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil and bone chicken.
Chop chicken and save broth.
In a large skillet, melt oleo.
Add flour and brown slightly.
Add soup and enough broth to make thick sauce.
Add green chile sauce and add spices and bouillon cubes.
After sauce is ready, add some to chopped chicken and season to taste.
Grate Cheddar cheese.
