Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, boiled, skinned, deboned and chopped, 2 small cans mild green chilies, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream and 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix the first 4 ingredients together and spoon into tortillas; roll up.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan (use about half of mixture).
Spread remaining mixture over all tortillas.
Sprinkle cheeses over top and bake at 350Β° until bubbly and cheeses melt.
