Chicken Enchilada
Chicken Enchilada is an impressive Mexican dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 58 minutes. Made with fryer, cooked and deboned, butter or margarine, onion, chopped, bell pepper, chopped and green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Season chicken with garlic and onion season.
Melt stick of butter in large skillet; add onion and bell pepper.
Saute.
Add green chilies and evaporated milk.
Stir. Add both soups.
Blend well in skillet.
Place a layer of Doritos in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add 1/2 of cooked chicken to pan.
Pour 1/2 of soup over chicken and top with grated cheese.
Repeat procedure. Cover with foil and place in oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serves 10 to 12.
