Chicken Enchilada
Chicken Enchilada is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. boiled chicken, deboned and cubed, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 4 oz. can green chilies, chopped and 1 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix soup, chilies, spices, Tabasco and chicken broth.
Blend well.
Cover bottom of large casserole with 1/2 of the Doritos, 1/2 chicken, then 1/2 soup mix and 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
