Chicken Enchilada
Chicken Enchilada is an moderately easy dinner. Made with flour tortillas, 1 stick melted margarine, 2 bunches green onions, 1/4 can chopped green chilies and 6 cans canned chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dip tortillas in butter and line bottom of casserole.
Mix chicken and green chilies.
Layer 1/2 of chicken, green onions and cheese.
Repeat, ending with tortillas.
Mix one can cream of chicken soup and 1 soup can of milk.
Pour on top of casserole. Wrap with foil.
Bake at 250Β° for 2 to 3 hours.
