Chicken Eden Isle
Chicken Eden Isle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, boned and cut in half, 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef, 1 1/2 c. sour cream and 12 slices bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Pepper chicken.
Wrap bacon around each piece of chicken. Layer dried beef in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Arrange chicken on top of beef.
Mix soup, sour cream and cream cheese together.
Pour sauce over chicken; cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 325Β° for 2 hours.
Remove foil to brown chicken last 15 minutes. Serves 10 to 12 people.
