Chicken - Easy Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large fryers, cut up and skin removed, 8 oz. sour cream, 1 (7 oz.) box cheddar cheese crackers, rolled into crumbs and 1/4 lb. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Spread chicken pieces with sour cream, then roll them in cracker crumbs.
Melt butter in large Pyrex dish or jelly roll pan.
Lay chicken pieces 1 at a time in melted butter and immediately turn buttered side up.
Bake 1 hour; needs no turning.
Yields 6 servings.
