Chicken Dumplings is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. shortening, cut into dry ingredients and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil chicken, remove skin and bones, cut into bite size pieces and return to chicken stock.
Mix ingredients.
Roll out dough and cut into strips.
Bring stock to a boil and put strips of dough into the boiling stock.
