Chicken Dressing Casserole
Chicken Dressing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing mix, 3/4 c. margarine, melted, 5 chicken breasts, 1 c. milk and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook chicken in water for about 1 hour until tender.
Place in baking dish the cornbread stuffing; pour margarine over stuffing. Remove bone from chicken breasts.
Tear breasts apart and place on top of stuffing.
Combine milk, cream of celery soup and cream of chicken soup.
Pour over chicken.
Cover with a little stuffing. Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
