Chicken Dressing
Chicken Dressing is an easy dinner. Made with 1 fat fryer or baking hen, 1 skillet cornbread made with 6 eggs, 2 c. chopped onions, 2 c. chopped celery and 3 boiled eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil onions and celery in 1/2 cup water.
Mix all together. Use enough broth to be juicy.
Salt, pepper and sage to taste. Bake at 450Β° for 30 minutes.
(May add 1 can chicken and mushroom soup.)
